Fulgence Niyodusenga was born and Raised in the south province of Rwanda. He holds bachelor’s degree in Irrigation and Drainage from university of Rwanda in college of Agriculture, Animal science and veterinary medicine (class 2019). After graduation his journey continued in Bridge to Rwanda as an intern where he was teaching farms about conservation and foundation for Farming (FFS) And also he served as Agronomist in Rwanda Coffee(RWACOF); in his role to provide the training to farmer About Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) Regenerative Agriculture and coffee certificate, where he was training more than 500 farmers. Furthermore, He was certified in problem solving for earning as an online course from Harambee (youth employment accelerator) that made him a good job creator and Innovator. He has attended training of business plan and business creation from employment and youth empowerment services creation from employment and youth empowerment service training (EYE) And He was conducting training about how to prepare a balanced diet for avoiding malnutrition by using mushrooms from Kigali farm. Fulgence believes that everything big starts small and the community development starts from the available assets.
