Mena Kalokoh serves as CorpsAfrica’s Development Associate. She was born in Sierra Leone and has always been passionate about supporting African-driven work that creates meaningful impact. Leveraging her interests and skillsets, she’s had the opportunity to work in varying capacities including writing, researching, fundraising, and communications, for nonprofit teams in Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, and Sierra Leone. Mena also has experience in copywriting and teaching Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art. She obtained her B.A. in International Relations and M.A in African Studies from Stanford University.
