Work at CorpsAfrica
Creating lasting change starts with people. At CorpsAfrica, you’ll work alongside passionate, driven colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share a deep commitment to service and impact. Whether in the field or in support roles, every team member plays a part in strengthening rural communities and expanding life-changing opportunities for youth.
Headquartered in Washington, DC, CorpsAfrica currently operates in Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, and Uganda, building a vibrant, continent-wide movement of service and leadership.
At CorpsAfrica, we’re looking for mission-driven individuals who are committed to making a tangible impact. Inspired by the Peace Corps model, we equip young Africans with the opportunity to live and serve in rural communities for up to a year as Volunteers.
Through hands-on training in human-centered design, project management, and community development, we make sure Volunteers gain the skills to lead meaningful change. Working side by side with community members, they identify local priorities and co-create sustainable, high-impact solutions that reduce poverty and strengthen livelihoods.
Explore a career with CorpsAfrica and help shape a future where communities lead their own development and providing youth with life-changing service opportunities.
