Deborah Kamanga serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Centered Design and Partnerships Officer in Malawi. Deborah served as a Volunteer in the inaugural group of Volunteers for CorpsAfrica/Malawi (2016). During her service, she worked with Friends of Mulanje Orphans in Mbewa Village where she helped develop and provided early childhood development lessons for nursery school children. She also implemented a community library project in collaboration with the National Initiative for Civic Education in a project that provided 40 school desks for primary school learners. Soon after her service, she joined Dignitas International as an M&E Officer. She has also worked as a Strategic Information and Evaluation Officer for Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Landmark University and is passionate about developing and implementing strong M&E frameworks as she believes that robust M&E systems are the backbone of every program.
