Biography

Milius Chikhoza is a lively and inquisitive public health practitioner holding a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Livingstonia. He completed an internship at Nkhotakota District Hospital and volunteered as a Public Health Officer at Area 25 Health Centre, where he gained valuable experience in community health delivery. Driven by a commitment to serve marginalised populations, Milius has also engaged in youth-led initiatives focused on mental health awareness and humanitarian outreach, supporting a vision of inclusive and equitable development.

In his free time, Milius enjoys playing basketball and has a strong passion for reading, as well as an even stronger passion for research.

As a Volunteer in Cohort 9, “The Hive,” Milius views this opportunity as a chance to apply his knowledge, learn new concepts, and connect with diverse communities. He is eager to collaborate with local populations to develop sustainable solutions, expand his perspectives, and enhance his professional growth, all while pursuing his long-term goal of using data to improve lives.
