Biography

Toure Hadjaratou holds a Bachelor’s degree in SME–SMI Management from the University of the Littoral Côte d’Opale in Dunkirk.

Passionate about community development, she previously served as an accounting assistant within a cooperative enterprise, where she helped optimize the monitoring of receivables and payables, enabling the cooperative to recover nearly 64% of its outstanding credits. She also contributed to the development of the Annual Action Plan.

She initiated the “Solidarity Chain” project, which enabled the cooperative to establish 800 hectares of oil palm nurseries, improving access to seedlings for smallholder farmers at affordable prices.

Aware of the critical role of sound financial management in improving living conditions, she trained cooperative members in financial literacy, supported women in creating and managing associations, and delivered training on organizational management and business plan development.

As the founder of the Ubuntu Association, she raises awareness on the rights of women and children and supports students facing academic challenges.

A member of the first cohort of the Going Beyond program by Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) in Côte d’Ivoire, she facilitated training for young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 in San Pedro.
Today, she continues her commitment as a Volunteer in the first cohort of CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire in Ahiroa, serving as a learner, facilitator, and catalyst for development, while strengthening her practice of humility, empathy, and active listening—values that guide her daily actions.
