Biography
Rashid Iwiire is the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at CorpsAfrica, based in Kampala, Uganda. In this role, he supports M&E systems across five countries, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda, Morocco, and South Africa, helping to ensure that data collection, analysis, and reporting are consistent, reliable, and impactful.
With over five years of experience in the international development and humanitarian sector, Rashid has served in M&E roles at organisations including Living Goods Uganda, Global Health Corps, BRAC Uganda, and Opportunity International. He has led the design of monitoring frameworks, managed large-scale data collection efforts, and introduced practical tools that have strengthened data quality and learning.
Trained in Statistics and Economics, Rashid is dedicated to making data meaningful and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. He is particularly passionate about using evidence to inform decision-making, enhance accountability, and amplify the voices of communities and volunteers. His work reflects his belief that strong monitoring and evaluation systems should not only measure impact but also drive continuous learning and support sustainable change across Africa.
