Her core expertise lies in project management, community development, and Monitoring and Evaluation. She has effectively designed, implemented, and overseen community-centered initiatives from grassroots to regional scales through organizations including CorpsAfrica, Believe Mental Health Care CBO, and Fabwil Care Foundation. Her work portfolio is diverse, spanning critical areas such as youth and women empowerment, mental health advocacy, child protection, and sustainable economic development. Sharon demonstrates a strong ability to translate passion into tangible results, driving programs that foster sustainable and inclusive growth.
