Raky B O Kah is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in administration, project management, human resources, financial management, business development and education administration. Known for her outgoing personality and passion for creating impactful change, she thrives in both leadership and collaborative roles. Her extensive experience spans across sectors including education, enterprise development, ICT, and policy implementation, consistently driving operational efficiency and strategic advancement within organizations. Serving as a Business Development Manager at IBF/World Bank, she provides comprehensive business support and advisory services to MSMEs, including needs assessments, data analysis, coaching, and program implementation. Her ability to connect beneficiaries with relevant service providers while ensuring rigorous monitoring and evaluation has been pivotal to the success of the initiatives she leads. Previously, she held various roles including Office Manager and Project Assistant at PEM Consult under the GIZ PME program, and Training Coordinator and Quality Assurance Manager at QuantumNet Institute of Technology. Her contributions in these roles include training development and delivery, psychosocial support for returnees and youth, policy design, stakeholder engagement, and full-cycle financial and HR management. With a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Coventry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of The Gambia, she blends strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of administration, education, project management and enterprise development. In addition to her academic credentials, she has received professional training in web design, psychosocial support, career counseling, data collection and analysis, and employability skills.
