Dennis Kayira is a Malawian from Lilongwe. He worked as a Researcher and an Outreach Facilitator at the Department of Museums and Monuments (2019-2021) under Malawi Government Internship Program. Prior to that, he also served as an Intern Teacher at Chipasula Secondary School and SOS HG Secondary School (2019 & 2018) respectively. Dennis was a seasonal employee of Green Impact Technologies, an awardee of USADAF funding on renewable energy since 2018. The enterprise is promoting the use of renewable energy in remote areas. In 2016, he was voted as Treasurer for Mzuzu University’s Student Representative Council where he advanced his leadership skills. Dennis believes integrity, transparency, and accountability are transformative for community development progress. He is optimistic that joining CorpsAfrica is a stepping stone for realizing and advancing his goals. Dennis has a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Theology from Mzuzu University.
