Biography

My name is Pretty Lerato Kgosimore, born and bred in Mafikeng, South Africa. I completed my undergraduate studies at North West University in 2018 and became affiliated with the Golden Key NWU Mafikeng campus society in 2019. I then joined the Professional Development Portfolio Subcommittee of Golden Key in 2020/21 to support everything to do with the initiative of professional development on our campus. I then volunteered as the chapter’s secretary for 2021/22, where I was able to develop my administration skills. Volunteering as a secretary was such a success that I then proceeded to volunteer as a Vice President, acting as the Professional Development executive. This was in 2022, when I decided to pursue a BCom honours in Economics. I then went on to pursue NQF3 of a gaming operations learnership in 2024 to 2025. I am passionate about meeting one of our South African economic goals, full employment. Currently, I am serving as a CorpAfrica/South Africa group 2 Volunteer and looking forward to helping people establish self-sufficiency and independence.
