Biography
Tadala Lifa is a passionate and committed young woman with a strong background in youth advocacy and community development. She has actively served as a DREAMS Ambassador and as a member of the Malawi USAID Youth Advisory Council, where she mentored adolescent girls on leadership, life skills, and sexual and reproductive health, while also advising USAID on issues concerning the youth. Through these roles, she has gained experience in capacity building, advocacy, and youth engagement.
Her professional journey includes facilitating business pitching and financial literacy trainings, empowering young people to develop entrepreneurial skills and create opportunities for themselves. Tadala’s dedication to working with youth is also reflected in her involvement in mentorship and leadership development programs, where she continues to inspire resilience and confidence in others.
Beyond her professional roles, Tadala has a keen interest in entrepreneurship, community development, and youth leadership. She enjoys reading, mentoring peers, and engaging in creative problem solving that addresses community challenges.
Motivated by her passion for empowering young people and strengthening grassroots development, Tadala is excited to be part of the cohort. She looks forward to collaborating with other changemakers, sharing experiences and applying her skills to create lasting impact in the communities she serves.
