Biography

Molly Jane Mbaye graduated in 2013 and then decided to pursue professional training in business management. In 2016, she obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Before earning this degree, she developed a project to distribute biodegradable plastic bags as an end-of-program souvenir.

Molly completed several internships in management and accounting, primarily at the Training Center of the NGO Tostan in Thiès. She also earned a diploma in computer science at the UNIFY center in Thiès before joining CorpsAfrica, whose philosophy deeply impressed her, particularly because her family had hosted Peace Corps volunteers for their language and cultural immersion several years ago.
