Jacqueline Mukabalisa was born and raised in Rwanda. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Biology and Chemistry with Education from the University of Rwanda College of Education, Rukara campus. After completing secondary school, she had the opportunity to attend URUGERERO RUCIYE INGANDO for about 40 days in Gakenke District and received training in Business Projects from Fawe Rwanda. Additionally, during and after her university studies, she participated in Various training programs, including leadership skills, Peace, and Value Education offered by AEGIS Trust.
