Francois Ngabonziza was born in Rwanda. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography with a specialization in Urban Planning. As a Geographer and Urban and Regional Planner, his goals include organizing and developing resilient communities. In addition to his primary job functions, Francois has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment to community facilitation while working with low-income groups in the Gicumbi District of Rwanda on radical terrace construction projects. Through these projects, many families have managed to escape extreme poverty.
