Morrison Twesigye Rwakakamba has over 15 years of leadership and technical experience in Government, Private sector, and international organizations – with a focus on public policy research and analysis, private sector facilitation and development, learning, and project stewardship. He has accumulated skills in leadership, management, strategic advocacy (formal and informal), strategic communication and writing, media relations, strategic planning and execution, leadership, business continuity, negotiation, financial management, donor stewardship, and high-level government relations. He has a Master’s degree in public administration and is a Fellow of, the Edward S. Mason Program in Public Policy and Management at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government Cambridge. In addition, he has a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University, School of Political Sciences. He has worked as a Global Senior Director of Policy with Fenix International, Country Director with Bridge International Academies, Chief Executive Officer with Agency for Transformation, Special Presidential Assistance with the office of the President, Chief Executive Officer at the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Resident Consultant and Manager Policy Research and Advocacy with the Uganda National Farmers Federation.
