I am Lisa Sanyang, a 24-year-old community development practitioner with a certificate in Community Development. Over two years, I gained both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. I completed a two-month field posting in Fass Njagga Choi, NBR, where I worked directly with communities, and another two months conducting research in Sankwia, LRR, focusing on “The State of Rice Production in Jaduma Ward Over the Past 5 Years.” In 2024, I took part in the GBOS data collection exercise, working for 28 days in Kuntaya, NBR, and later joined a 30-day mop-up data collection with the National Social Protection Secretariat (NSPS) and I also had a certificate-in in entrepreneurship while doing small scale business. These roles enhanced my skills in data collection, research, and community engagement. I am committed to driving positive change through sustainable community development initiatives.
