Patricia Tibbetts is the Technical Director for Education for the Palladium Group focusing on early grade education and education finance around the globe. Before joining Palladium in 2021, Patricia was the Director for Learning at Save the Children where she supported a global development team. Earlier in her career, she served as a USAID foreign service officer and consulted for The World Bank. Patricia has a strong interest and background in reading and promoting cost-effective development programming. She also has extensive experience with strategic planning and education and child protection program design. Patricia has an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an EdD from the George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development. She splits her time between Rabat, Morocco and Savannah, Georgia.
