The Milking Assignment

On a windy day, the wind will blow and the anus of the chicken will be exposed πŸ˜‚. Monday Evening was the Day I made my mind up to take on this challenging assignment. I had been carefully watching my host mom carry out this task effortlessly with such ease every single day. I had no single drop of doubt in me that I was going to succeed.

6 pm, my host sister and I went out in search of our cattle from the grazing field. Our sole task was to make sure every member of the herd made it home πŸ˜‚. About 30 minutes later, we got home having successfully brought the herd from the fields.

I was staring at the cow I was going to milk the whole way as we walked them home. I was nervous. My host sister, Ndemeiyan, went to fetch the milking container as I prepared to make first contact with the beastπŸ˜‚.

Leo ni leo asemaye kesho ni mwongo’. I picked up the container from my host sister. I Bet she could tell I was shaking πŸ˜†. I grabbed onto one of the titts and tried squeezing. I must have squeezed a bit too hard perhaps. The cow kicked me and almost spilled all my milk🀣. I was shocked. I immediately stopped what I was doing, surrendered the container to the host sister, and vowed NEVER to milk again πŸ˜…
