Malick is an Executive Manager with productive work experience due to his passion for innovative socio-economic development programs. He brings an extensive career in both international and local development, having led impactful programs for many organizations as Development and Program Responsible, Partnership and Fundraising Responsible, Strategy and Organizational Development Consultant. Before joining CorpsAfrica/Senegal, Malick worked for many NGOs and development agencies such as ID4Africa, INNOV4Africa and Enda Tier Monde. Malick is also a certified leadership coach, management professor in diverse training and capacity-building organizations such as CESAG, BEM, AFI UE where he trained over 3500+ young professionals from 40+ countries. He believes that projects are only sustainable if local communities take ownership to lead their own development and shift their mindset. Malick graduated with a Masters’ degree in management and also an Executive MBA to have both local, global perspectives and positive impacts in Africa.
