Biography

Elhadji Malick DIOUF is a passionate advocate for people-powered development, with over 15 years of productive work experience bringing bold ideas to life across countries. At the heart of his work at CorpsAfrica as Deputy Country Director is a deep belief in the power of communities to lead their transformation, paired with the strategic know-how to make systems work better for everyone. He previously worked with global institutions such as ID4Africa, Innov4Africa, Enda Tier Monde, etc. Malick led the Ambassadors programs to support governments, development agencies, NGOs, civil society, and leading private companies in adopting inclusive digital identity frameworks with capacity building, financial inclusion, transparency, and diversity.

Malick also led the International ID Day coalition and organized commemoration days for human rights, legal identity for all, data protection, and women’s empowerment in line with UN SDG 16.9. He collaborated with his team and diverse donors to raise over $1.5+ million in funding to implement socio-economic development projects across Africa. Malick has both a local and international network and a wealth of knowledge in management, program development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, leadership, governance, and R&D. Beyond the fieldwork, Malick is an educator at heart, having taught and trained more than 3,500 young professionals in diverse universities and business schools in China, Senegal, and France (CESAG, BEM Kedges BS, Sup De Co, AFI UE etc) . Multilingual and equipped with an Executive MBA, he continues to build bridges across sectors, cultures, and continents to have positive impacts.
