Deputy Country Director

Hajeira Mina Lassey has extensive experience in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She has over 20 years’ experience providing technical and programmatic oversight to International development programs in West and Central Africa. She has demonstrated success in leading teams through full-cycle program activities with accountability and dedication to established goals by using thoughtful knowledge capturing assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, broad capacity building and cultivating partnerships. Mina has also demonstrated innovative approach to engaging public and private sector program partners to collaboratively leverage resources for the integration of cross-cutting themes like gender, youth workforce education, climate change and nutrition resulting in broader program impact. She holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Agribusiness from the University of Ghana Legon; Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Renewable Natural Resource Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, certificates in Agribusiness Projects Management from (GIMPA), Data Management and Analysis from the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), and a certificate in Advanced Technologies in waste management and sanitation from INWENT, Germany. Mina is currently the Deputy Country Director for CorpsAfrica/Ghana.
