Biography

Eyerusalem ’s journey carried her across the landscapes of Harer, Dire daw, Nekemt, Bahir Dar, Afar, Hossana, and Mekelle, each place giving her new cultures, values, and stories. She earned her degree in Political Science and Strategic Studies, but her education in empathy and service began much earlier. At just 8th grade, she joined the Organization for Social Services for AIDS (OSSA) to work alongside people living with HIV/AIDS, serving as a youth counselor and raising awareness on HIV prevention and reproductive health through drama, music, and theatre.
Over the years, she has taught in primary schools, championed the rights of women and children, and coordinated training programs on life skills and personal development. She has also organized charity events to uplift underserved communities, always bringing positivity and a spirit of partnership.

Eyerusalem joined CorpsAfrica knowing it was the perfect platform to weave her skills, experiences, and love for humanity into meaningful action. Her vision stretches far beyond Ethiopia, aspiring to share her culture, values, and service with communities across Africa and the world; always guided by the belief that love and humanity are the truest solutions to our challenges.
Eyerusalem believes that “Humanity is our greatest solution, and service is her way of living it.”
