Biography

Memory Nyirenda is a dedicated and ambitious young professional from Mzuzu Malawi. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from Mzuzu University, as well as a certificate in Information and Computer Technology from Lusekelo School of Computing. Her academic and professional journey has nurtured a strong passion for sustainable development, youth empowerment, and community engagement.

She has gained hands-on experience through her internship at County Tours and Travel Ltd, where she supported administrative operations and strengthened her customer service skills. Memory has also served as an EMD Operator with the Malawi Electoral Commission and volunteered with ICS Progressio, where she actively promoted girl education and community engagement.

Memory is excited to join CorpsAfrica because it provides her with an opportunity to apply her knowledge and skills in service of others, while also deepening her understanding of community-led development. She looks forward to working closely with local communities to foster sustainable change, build meaningful relationships, and grow as a leader.

In her free time, Memory enjoys traveling, watching movies, and meeting new people, passions that fuel her curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
