Biography
Mphatso Faith Mafosha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Health Nursing, which she attained at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS), formerly known as Kamuzu College of Nursing (KCN). Throughout her four years of practical experience in clinical allocations, she developed a passion for Critical Care Nursing and providing Emergency Medical Services (EMS), with a particular focus on improving healthcare delivery in Malawi’s rural areas.
Mphatso Faith is also a sign language advocate who believes in promoting inclusivity and ensuring that communication barriers do not prevent people from accessing opportunities.
She believes in teamwork as the key to creating meaningful impact in both healthcare and community development. She also aspires to become a public speaker, using her voice to inspire others and advocate for youth empowerment.
Stepping into this new era, Mphatso Faith is ready to leverage her skills, capabilities, and knowledge to bring sustainable impact to her community.
