Biography

Tadala Jumbe, from Malawi, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Domasi College of Education. She gained valuable teaching experience at Chilimba Community day Secondary school and Lunzu Secondary School. These experiences not only enhanced her classroom expertise but also deepened her understanding of the challenges and opportunities young people face in different learning environments.

Her passion lies in helping young people thrive and realize their potential, both inside and outside the classroom. Through her teaching experiences, Tadala has witnessed how education can serve as a foundation for community development — equipping learners with knowledge, confidence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to society. She believes that when young people are empowered through education, entire communities are strengthened.

Outside of her professional work, Tadala enjoys watching movies and listening to music, activities that keep her inspired and balanced.

She is excited to serve as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer because the program aligns with her vision of combining education and community engagement to bring lasting change. Tadala looks forward to contributing her skills, passion, and commitment to empowering young people and fostering sustainable community growth
