Biography

Taweni Thindwa is a dedicated and passionate individual who graduated from the Malawi University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices in 2023. With a strong foundation in cultural preservation and community engagement, she has been actively involved in various volunteer initiatives.

In 2021 she started volunteering at Helping You Community Forum. Taweni Thindwa volunteered with this organization for two years, gaining valuable experience in community development and support.

She is currently a Malawi Red Cross Volunteer. She joined the Red Cross in 2024, further expanding her expertise in humanitarian work and community service while promoting the values of humanity and impartiality.

With her continued passion to serve communities she joined CorpsAfrica as a Volunteer and is eager to empower and collaborate with communities with her skills and experience to bring about the change that our communities need.
