Biography
I was born and raised in Rwanda, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management from the Catholic University of Rwanda (CUR). After completing my studies, I had the great opportunity to begin my professional journey with an internship at Friends of Motherland Initiative “Ubumuntu” (FMI “Ubumuntu”). During this time, I actively contributed to the Graduation Program, where I worked closely with vulnerable families, supporting them to achieve sustainable livelihoods.
In addition to my background in accounting, I was honoured to serve as a Green Rising Ambassador under the We Got Your Back NGO Through Green Rising Project. Through this project, I had the chance to represent young people in national dialogues and climate action initiatives Through X-Spaces. This experience strengthened my passion for youth engagement, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment.
I am deeply committed to working with communities, empowering women and youth, and finding innovative solutions to everyday challenges. My areas of motivation include contributing to poverty alleviation, promoting sustainable agriculture, and encouraging youth leadership in development initiatives.
Currently, I am serving as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer in Gisagara District, Mamba Sector, specifically in the IDP Model Village Ruhuha. I am excited to dedicate my skills, energy, and compassion to support underprivileged communities, learn from them, and contribute to their journey toward sustainable development.
