Biography

Clemence Ingabire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Rwanda. She is a skilled data analyst experienced in statistical modelling, machine learning, big data, and data visualization with proficiency in python, R, Power BI, Latex, and Ms Excel. Her research includes credit card fraud detection and optimization in horticulture transport. Passionate about using data for real-world Impact, Clemence focuses on financial inclusion, public health and sustainable development.

She is committed to advancing Rwanda and Africa’s growth through data-driven solutions and promoting women’s empowerment. She is motivated by the belief that change starts at one person to the community level. She is dedicated to working alongside people in rural communities to co-create solutions, build local capacity, and contribute to reducing poverty while fostering innovation. She also aspires to inspire the next generation of youth.
