Biography

Ishimwe Anitha holds a bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric and Climate Science, which she obtained from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology (CST), Nyarugenge campus. She loves dancing to modern music. Enjoys expressing herself through dance, especially at various events and gatherings where she often gets a chance to entertain people with her dancing skills, which brings joy to both her and the people around her.

Anitha grew up with a strong desire to contribute to the development of the community, seeing people around her suffering because of poverty used to hurt me deeply, especially when I had nothing to offer. From that experience, I developed the dream and commitment to one day play a role in helping the community find ways out of poverty.

Currently she is a CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Volunteer serving in a rural area where she has dedicated herself to supporting the local community in identifying and following pathways to development. She believes in this mission, and she is confident that with time, her contribution will have a positive impact.
