Biography

Auxillia, born and raised in Rwanda, is a dedicated and self-motivated Community Development practitioner with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Honors in Mathematics. She has experience in social work, planning and management, and community-led initiatives across key sectors, including partnership management, market systems development for small and medium businesses and farmer groups, social and behavioral change, nutrition, and sustainable development. She facilitates capacity-building and financial literacy trainings in rural communities, helping individuals and groups strengthen resilience and achieve sustainable livelihoods.

Currently, she serves as an Exchange Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Ghana. With strong expertise in project planning and implementation, leadership, resource mobilization, and geospatial data analysis, Auxillia leverages her skills to support evidence-based decision-making in community activities, projects, and advocacy. She is passionate about continuous learning and is committed to driving impactful change through community empowerment at the grassroots level.
