Biography
Ayisheitu Abupoak Dahamani is a graduate of the University of Ghana, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Philosophy. During her time at university, she served as Deputy Women’s Commissioner for the Political Science Students’ Association at the Accra City Campus, supporting and engaging her peers.
She gained hands-on experience as an Administrative Assistant during her internship at the Garu District Assembly, where she also supervised the School Feeding Program. She later completed her National Service at the University of Ghana Sports Directorate, handling both administrative and organizational responsibilities.
Currently, she is a LEGIT Next GEN Leader with the Anijie Global Foundation, working on a project that empowers people with disabilities to turn waste into sustainable sources of income.
To Ayisheitu, volunteering is about using her skills to serve others, create meaningful change, and contribute to something bigger than herself. She is passionate about youth development and hopes to mentor Senior High School students and graduates, inspiring them to pursue education and opportunities for growth.
