Biography

Latifa Yussif is a licensed nutritionist with a strong passion for community development and service. She holds a degree in Community Nutrition from the University for Development Studies. While in school, she volunteered with Savanna Signature to educate communities in Tamale on the importance of the four-star diet and also worked with Tamale market women to raise awareness about the negative impact of sugar-sweetened beverages. She served as a course representative in her department for four years, demonstrating leadership and commitment.

After completing her studies, Latifa undertook her National Service at the Ashaiman Municipal Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in healthcare delivery and community engagement. A dedicated and compassionate professional, she is committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families, particularly in underserved communities.

With her expertise in nutrition and community development, Latifa strives to provide high-quality services that promote healthy living, education, and empowerment. She believes that her service with CorpsAfrica is an opportunity to pursue her passion while working hand in hand with community members.
