Biography

Philomene Iragena was born in Nyamagabe District, in the Southern Province of Rwanda. is a dedicated professional with a background in Computer Science (A2) and she holds (A) in Law. She has experience in data management, community development, and public service delivery and she was Technical Assistance in (VUP) Vision Umurenge Programme , and online service platforms like Irembo, Philomene is skilled in data integrity, she was UMUTOZA W’INTORE and customer service, and youth mobilization with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

She is passionate about using her knowledge to support community growth and deliver reliable services. Her dedication to service reflects her belief that every individual has the ability to positively affect society , in general she has experiences about empowering young people and collaboration of rural societies.
