Biography

Theoneste Niyonsaba holds a bachelor’s degree in education with honors specialized in (Geography and History) from the University of Rwanda.

He pursued RDB Professional internship from January 2025 up to July. He is courageous to emphasize the Second Strategy for Transformation basically, through job creation, Export growth and industrialization, social development via improved education, nutrition and public service delivery.

His commitment to sustainable development led him to join CorpsAfrica/Rwanda non- profit organization focused on empowering communities through community-led projects using innovative approaches like Community- led Development, Asset- Based- Community Development and Human- Centered Design; He believes nothing is impossible under the sun.
