Biography
Gomolemo Sejake is a young activist born and bred in Orlando East, Gauteng. She has completed studies in BA Humanities in Politics and is in the process of completing her Honours in Political Studies at the North-West University. She has always had a knack for being an activist from a young age, being part of the Johannesburg Mini Council at the age of 12, to representing the Gauteng province at the Department of Water and Sanitation Public Speaking event and recently she took part in the drafting of the policy Youth Gender Action Plan (YGAP). Among other things she is a Youth Policy Member with Youth@SAIIA, Graduate Advisor at North-West University Golden Key International Honor Society. She has worked for Futurelift as a Facilitator, and World Changers Candidates as a Prevention and Awareness Coordinator. Now she is serving as a CorpsAfrica SA volunteer at Selepe in Moretele Municipality.
