Biography

My name is Fatima Ez-Zahra Ouachgroud, and I’m originally from Azilal, Morocco. I hold a Bachelor’s Dgree in Management (Gestion) and a diploma in Informatics. I’m passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and making a positive impact in my community.

During my academic journey, I actively participated in several impactful programs and organizations. I worked as a project manager with Enactus FP Beni Mellal, where I led innovative initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and social change. I was also a member of AIESEC, a global youth organization that develops leadership through cross-cultural experiences. Additionally, I contributed to the work of the Moubadara Khair Association, supporting local volunteer and humanitarian initiatives.
