Biography

Siham Ouartou is a young Moroccan woman passionate about community work and social development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fundamental Studies with a specialization in Sharia and Law from Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, in addition to a diploma from the Higher Specialized Institute of Traditional Arts and Crafts.

She has strengthened her academic journey through various training and certification programs in education, law, and professional development. Professionally, Siham has worked as a legal assistant, administrative assistant, and secretary, roles that allowed her to develop strong organizational and coordination skills.

Deeply committed to volunteering, she contributes to community and youth awareness activities, supports associations promoting women’s empowerment, and assists visually impaired students at the University of Fez to ensure inclusive and accessible education. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Siham is also passionate about Arabic Kufic calligraphy.
