Biography

Aya Oulad Goumi an experienced and passionate educator with a strong background in early childhood education and youth engagement. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, she has a solid theoretical foundation in modern teaching methodologies and child psychology.

She has hands-on experience as a teacher in early childhood education, where she developed practical skills in classroom management, designing interactive learning activities, and creating a stimulating and safe educational environment. For the past three years, AYA OULAD GOUMI has also been a camp counselor at summer camps, an experience that has honed her skills in group facilitation and animation, as well as her ability to organize fun and educational programs that foster teamwork and creativity in children.

Her expertise extends beyond the classroom and camp setting. She is also a creative and artistic facilitator, currently serving as the Artistic Director (Responsable Artistique) for an animation team. This role highlights her artistic sensibility and her capability to design and deliver innovative and engaging performances and activities. This diverse background, which combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience, makes her uniquely qualified to support and inspire children at various stages of their growth and development.
