Biography

I am Ismail Bendriouich, 24 years old, originally from Touama and currently living in Marrakech. A young man passionate about social work, I am currently serving as the Administrative and Financial Manager at Chabab for Development Association, and I previously worked as a Project Coordinator at the Rouaaya Initiative and Ambassador of Afcd foundation,

As a co-founder of the Rouaaya Initiative and the C4D Association, I have led impactful youth-focused projects centered on academic guidance, empowerment, and community building.

Driven by my values of empathy, teamwork, and leadership, I always strive to collaborate, learn, and create opportunities for others, especially young people to develop their potential and achieve their aspirations.
