Biography
Kaddijatou Jallow is a passionate and dedicated young Corps Africa Volunteer who holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of the Gambia. She demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout her educational journey and career. Her journey of leadership began early during her time in Kotu senior secondary school, where she actively participated in extracurricular activities such as drama, poetry and new reading showcasing her creativity and strong communication skill. She is also a proud and active member of the Gambia Redcross society where she has contributed to humanitarian efforts and community support initiatives.
Kaddijatou also served as a teacher at St Therese’s Lower Basic School, where she not only taught in classrooms but went beyond academics by engaging them in extracurricular activities, through drama, poetry, and interactive learning. She inspired her pupils to express themselves, dream big, and believe in their potential. Her impact as a mentor left a lasting impression on the young minds she guided.
Kaddijatou is currently serving as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer and is committed to making a lasting impact In communities through empathy, service, and sustainable development. She is ready to inspire change and uplift lives through meaningful engagement and selfless service.
