Biography

Kwizera Olivier is a Rwandan with expertise in Biotechnology. He completed his studies at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology, Nyarugenge Campus, where he specialised in Biotechnology.

Before joining the university, Olivier worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Teaching Assistantship Project at IEE (Inspire, Educate and Empower Rwanda), a role he held for 9 months, where he collaborated with others to provide knowledge and strengthen students’ capacities.
Olivier also completed a 4-week training at UVU Bio Rwanda, focusing on an introductory program called Introduction to Biotechnology.

Currently, he is serving as a Volunteer at CorpsAfrica, working closely with communities and organisations to promote sustainable development and improve people’s livelihoods.
Kwizera Olivier is committed to using his knowledge in Biotechnology and volunteerism to contribute to Rwanda’s development and to seek solutions that support sustainable growth.
