Biography
Noella Joyeuse Munezero was born and raised in Ngororero District, Rwanda. She pursued her education at Lycée de Zaza and later graduated from the National University of Rwanda with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry with Education.
Beyond academics, Noella has been deeply engaged in community service. Since 2020, she has served in the Rwanda Youth Volunteers in Community Policing and held leadership roles as Coordinator and Secretary of RPF Youth in Kabaya Sector.
Alongside her leadership, Noella is a professional gospel singer whose journey reflects resilience and determination, having overcome poverty and discrimination. She strongly believes that young people can be powerful agents of change, driving the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and the eradication of poverty worldwide.
