Biography

Thierry Tuyambaze holds a bachelor’s degree in Conservation Agriculture from the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA). He brings extensive experience in project management, credit underwriting, and agricultural and environmental consulting services. His professional journey includes serving as an Account Manager at Yellow-Africa for over three years, Lead Generation and Management Representative at One Percent Club, and Marketing & Value Chain Intern at NAEB. His core competencies encompass capacity building, account management, crop production and Integrated Pest Management (IPM), communication, leadership, decision-making, adaptability, active listening, and market research and analysis.

Thierry’s career aspiration centers on creating a meaningful impact within his community. This passion drives his current role as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer in Nyanza District, where he works directly with youth and underprivileged communities on grassroots projects, start-up initiatives, and purposeful savings groups. Through these efforts, he facilitates community development and supports individuals in achieving their career growth as his contribution to giving back to society. His work is consistently guided by the principles of humility, empathy, and integrity, while maintaining an eager commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
