Biography
Queen Jolie Uwase is a dedicated horticulture professional who recently graduated in Crop Sciences from the University of Rwanda, specializing in sustainable agriculture and food security. Her academic training provided practical skills in project planning and community development, enhanced by hands-on field research experience gained in Musanze district farming communities. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, Queen focuses on youth empowerment and improving children’s well-being within family structures. She believes genuine change emerges through community partnerships and individual empowerment. Currently serving as a Volunteer in Musanze district, Queen prioritizes listening to and learning from local community members while supporting grassroots progress. She is deeply motivated by the belief that meaningful, lasting change grows from building genuine partnerships and empowering communities to shape their own future. Through collaborative service, she aims to contribute to a more resilient and empowered society.
