Biography

Yannick Nkurikiyimana holds an advanced diploma in Irrigation and Drainage Technology in Agricultural Engineering from RP Musanze College. Yannick actively participated in the Musanze Youth Hub, where he and fellow youth explored their skills, learned how to implement them through community-based projects, and worked on diagnosing and addressing community needs.

Passionate about creating solutions to community challenges, Yannick is driven by a deep desire to see his country develop through collective effort. Poverty reduction is closest to his heart, and he believes in working hand in hand with communities to uplift livelihoods. His professional skills include irrigation and drainage, body exercises training and as well as agricultural aspects, which he applies in promoting sustainable farming practices and improving food security.

Yannick is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on poverty reduction, quality education, and sustainable agriculture. Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda, he is a strong communicator, team player, and problem solver, eager to make a lasting impact through community development and youth empowerment in Rwanda.
