Biography

Yeo N’guandja Esther holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Communication and is passionate about territorial and community development. Committed, diligent, and dynamic, she leverages her expertise to support initiatives with social and local impact.

During her professional career, she served as a customer advisor at MTN Côte d’Ivoire, an experience that enabled her to develop excellent client relationship skills, strong listening abilities, and the capacity to manage complex situations with professionalism. She also worked as a communications officer, where she contributed to promoting activities through the development and implementation of a communication and marketing strategy for Hôpital Baptiste de Ferkessédougou, helping to strengthen its positioning and visibility.

Currently a community Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire, Esther takes part in social mobilization efforts and community support initiatives. She also volunteers with Empowering Women in Africa, an organization dedicated to women’s empowerment and the education of disadvantaged girls—an advocacy that deeply reflects her values.

With skills in territorial marketing, digital communication, and project management, she is particularly interested in promoting local territories and advancing community initiatives through innovative strategies.

Convinced that communication is a key driver of social transformation, Esther aspires to contribute to sustainable projects that strengthen the empowerment of rural communities.
