Biography
Fatim Tiene is a versatile and deeply committed professional with expertise in agribusiness and sustainable development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Microfinance and has broadened her skill set through strategic certifications in entrepreneurship, agriculture, and digital innovation.
Her entrepreneurial journey took a significant turn in 2020 when she was named a laureate of the Enable Youth Côte d’Ivoire program, an initiative of the African Development Bank. This recognition enabled her to found Tifa Aviculture, an innovative company specializing in poultry production and marketing.
Recognized for her expertise, she has been certified since 2021 by the African Development Agency as a trainer of entrepreneurs, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of leaders.
Alongside her business achievements, Fatim places social impact at the heart of her work. A dedicated teacher, she volunteers with underprivileged children, providing instruction in French and science. Her open-minded outlook is reinforced by language training in Accra, where she developed a foundation in English.
Today, Fatim is actively engaged in the fight against climate change as a Climate Fresk facilitator. Passionate about empowering women and young people, she is committed to developing projects at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and social innovation.
