Biography

Seri Rabet Jean-Claude Uriel, 21, is a young Ivorian leader deeply committed to law, volunteering, and promoting youth civic engagement. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law at Université Nord-Sud, where he is developing a strong legal foundation focused on the defense of public interest and human rights.

For several years, he has actively engaged in community development and human rights advocacy, with a particular focus on education, civic participation, and youth engagement. He has held multiple roles within youth organizations and international institutions, including SDG 4 Delegate (Quality Education) for the Réseau des Jeunes pour les Objectifs de Développement Durable de l’ONU Côte d’Ivoire for 2025–2030, Local Coordinator of U-Report Dabou from 2023 to 2025, and UNICEF Young Champion from 2021 to 2023.

In these roles, he has led awareness campaigns, represented Ivorian youth at national and local forums, and contributed to the design and implementation of programs promoting inclusive education, civic participation, and youth engagement.

Currently a Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire, Seri Rabet Jean-Claude Uriel facilitates community-led initiatives while strengthening the capacities of local actors to ensure the sustainability of implemented actions. Creative, methodical, and innovative, he combines his academic legal knowledge with hands-on field action aimed at achieving high-impact social results.

His journey reflects a consistent determination to advance the public interest, protect children’s rights, and promote civic education among youth in Côte d’Ivoire.
