Biography

N’GUESSAN YAO ALAIN-SERGE (Delva) is a young Ivorian professional committed to community development, project management, and field team coordination, with a strong interest in international relations law. He is currently a Volunteer at CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire, where he applies his dynamism, leadership skills, and adaptability to serve rural communities, actively contributing to the implementation of sustainable development initiatives.

With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders — including communities, organizations, field enumerators, and technical teams — Alain-Serge has gained extensive experience in coordinating and supervising projects, particularly in data collection and field monitoring. His career demonstrates his capacity to lead teams, organize missions, produce reports, and ensure the successful delivery of activities in both urban and rural contexts.

Prior to joining CorpsAfrica, he worked as Regional Coordinator at 3TI Research, supervising and training data collection teams working with households and businesses. He also served as Zone Supervisor at SYA Consulting, overseeing enumerators and producing daily reports. In the commercial sector, he worked as Sales Supervisor at Golden Penny, strengthening his management, communication, and reporting skills.

Alain-Serge holds a Master’s degree from Université Peleforo Gon Coulibaly. He is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and holds certifications in personal safety and security, MEAL fundamentals, and monitoring and evaluation. He also has basic knowledge of English and several local languages. Rigorous, organized, and results-oriented, he aims to further develop his skills and contribute effectively to projects with high social and community impact.
