Surafel is a driven young professional committed to contributing to Ethiopia’s sustainable development. He graduated with great distinction in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University, one of the nation’s top and most respected universities. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has demonstrated strong analytical capability, professionalism, and a passion for impactful work.

Surafel has built his experience across several notable organizations, including Pool Technologies, Phoenix Telecom, and VisionFund MFI. Across these institutions, he has served in diverse roles spanning Risk and Compliance, Business Development, and Finance. These cross-functional responsibilities have enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations, regulatory requirements, and strategic growth.
